We did another track workout tonight. It was the same as last week. First we did some stadium stairs to warm up. Then we jogged a mile around the track. Then we did two sets of 2x800. I can't remember whether he said to do the first one fast or the last one. My numbers weren't as good as last week, unfortunately, but they weren't too far off. My 800s were 4:46, 4:47, 4:43, 4:41. Last week I had a few 4:31s in there. Perhaps wine tasting this afternoon was not the best idea.
