Sprints

I wanted to practice some speedwork this morning. I did them along a 0.16 mile straightaway near the house. I alternated between jogging and running as fast as I could.

I think that was a good workout. I would like to go for negative splits (get faster each lap), but I suspect that will come with time. Off to the shower.
