I decided to run today for speed, rather than start Week 4 of B210k for endurance. I decided to run two miles as fast as I could and see what happened. At mile 1.3 I started to feel like I was going to heave, so I took a ten second walk break. How did it go you ask?
Mile 1 = 9:16
Mile 2 = 9:22
AWESOME!!
I really feel proud of that effort. Now if I can do that consistently next Saturday, I will get that much closer to my 28:00 5k goal.
