Week 3 Day 3

I finally finished Week 3 today. I felt really good about it!!

Three 17 minute intervals with a one minute walk in between. Here's how it went:

Then Monica and I went for a walk. We went for 1.56 miles. So I figure with that, the run, and the warmup and cooldown walks, I did around 7 miles today. That's a great way to start the day!
