First McGuire's run

I went and joined the Tuesday night running club at McGuire's last night. It was SO MUCH FUN!! I was supposed to do an easy run (>11:30) but ended up doing a fast run. I told Chris I needed to take it easy but we started off fast and stayed that way. I did 3.11 in 31:15, for an average pace of 10:03. Splits: 9:52, 9:57, 10:23, 1:02 (9:40 pace). Avg HR = 202.
