Hill work again

Thought this was such a fun run, I had to do it again with my favorite running partner! He pushed me to run faster than usual though. I guess all his high altitude training makes it impossible for him to run slow!

Lap 1 to Baldwin Street, 1.63mi, 16:51, 10:21 pace
Lap 2 up Baldwin Street, 0.12mi, 3:27, 28:13 pace
Lap 3 down Baldwin Street, 0.18mi, 4:29, 25:36 pace
Lap 4 back to the Inn, 1.57, 15:43, 10:02 pace

We didn't start the laps at the same location. We sprinted the last three blocks, clocking an 8:00 pace! Actually, the best pace was 7:16! Great run, AWESOME to run it with Bill!
