I think Julie will push me. Far. And I will probably hate her. But in the end I'll thank her. We did another grueling workout. She told me to warm up with rowing (500m in <2:00), push-ups and air squats. I rowed 500m in 2:30 (I knew I couldn't get under 2:00) and then two sets of 10 push-ups and 15 air squats.
Then she taught me how to do Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (SDHP), kettlebell swings, and ring dips. Lo and behold, that was the WOD from last Friday. So after learning how to do all of them correctly we did the WOD. I did jumping ring dips, which were still quite difficult. The weights are my weights. I don't know what the Rx was.

My time was 11:21 and I feel great about that. Julie did the workout with me and finished in 8:59. Then she came over and pushed me to go and go faster.
After that was done, she said let's do 100 abmat sit-ups, just for fun. Ooof. I couldn't do them all at once, no surprise. But I did them and I feel good about the whole day. My hands feel fine and so does the rest of me.
I won't go back until Wednesday, as I want to do some more running before Saturday.
