I woke up a little later than originally planned, so I decided to do a quick run on the treadmill. I did the first mile at 5.7 and then bumped it up each lap for the second mile. I bumped up to 7.0 for the last half lap. I really enjoyed that workout! Averaged out, I did two miles in 20:44, for an average pace of 10:22. The last half mile was at an 8:30+/- pace, which I am pretty happy about.
