Got a few more miles on the legs today. Bill and I did a medium loop around the neighborhood and then went to get the dogs to do a short loop. Tawny misbehaved, so she got put in the yard and we took Rava.
I think Rav really enjoyed the run. Her ears were flapping and she looked like she was having a great time. Maybe she even appreciated being away from Tawny for a little bit and getting all the attention. She did a little over a mile without stopping, which is awesome. I ran with her for most of it, then she and Bill took off for the last bit.
We did 2.86 miles in 29:57 for an average pace of 10:28. Splits: 10:18, 10:33, 9:05 (=10:34 pace). It was a good run.
