Intervals!

It's Thursday, so it is a good day for some speedwork. We did one short lap (1.1) to warm up, then 5 sets of one minute hard, one minute easy, then one cooldown lap. It was a good run. I would have finished the second lap at the house after the fifth cool down minute had I been 14 seconds faster through the intervals. But that's OK.

No pain in the new shoes! Explanation to follow.

Splits: 10:50, 7:52, 10:17, 7:32, 10:06, 8:27, 10:51, 9:29, 10:17, 8:51, 10:22, 10:59.
