Giggle, giggle :-)! Saturday was a base mile run, but we jazzed it up with a few fartleks. These are random sprints during a run. So we'd be going along and say "let's sprint to the lightpole" or something like that. It made for a fun time.
We ran this early (around 6am) because we were going to the festival and had to leave by 8. It was so foggy/misty that it felt like a light drizzle. Perhaps we should have waited for a dry day to do fartleks, but oh well.
We ran 2.86 miles in 30:00 for an average pace of 10:29. I forgot to turn the autolap back on.
