Bill and I went to Crossfit today. I had to do two 250m rowing sprints to warm up. Then I did AMRAP in 20 minutes of 5 squats and 5 burpees. I started the squats with a 15# medball, but after a few reps Julie took it away because she thought it was causing me to lean forward and curve my back. So I did air squats after that. I did 13 full reps and 5 squats in the 20 minutes. Then I got to do 50 abmat situps, just for fun. Yay. I have a feeling I will hurt tomorrow.
Bill and I had lunch at New York Deli. Yum! Afterwards we went to Pensacola Beach. We walked on the boardwalk at Quietwater Beach and then went across the street to Casino Beach. We saw plenty of workers picking up sand, but we didn't see any tarballs. The water seemed clean. The surf was high and rough, but clean. I am glad that Bill was able to see the beach in a good state.
