Still soft

Just got back from crossfit. I might need some help walking and moving my arms. Ugh. For my warm up I rowed 500m in 2:20 and did three sets of 10 pushups and 10 air squats. Then I learned the warmup for snatches. We talked about overhead squats. I did OK on the snatches with the 15# bar, but not well with the 30# bar. My workout today was "Randy", 75 snatches (from the hang position) for time. I used the 15# bar and did them in 8:12. And then 100 abmat situps for fun.

Bill's WOD consisted of 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 SDHP, manmakers, and burpees. I don't remember what weights he used, but man, it looked like a tough one. I think it kicked his butt. But he did great and I'm proud of him.

Yesterday we went on a photo shoot throughout downtown Pensacola. I thought it would be fun to have some pictures of us. Our friend Kelly is a professional photographer and we hired her. She sent a few images to us last night and we had them printed today so Bill can take a few with him. They came out really well! Kelly has great vision and took some neat shots that I would never have seen. I'll share some of them another time.

Now it's off to the showers and enjoying the 24 hours I have left with Bill!
