When I got up this morning I checked my email. There was one from a customer titled "repair". I thought maybe she wanted to see if I was available first thing Tuesday to help her fix something. This was the message:
I am working on a stocking that is full of little cable twists. As I was going along I glanced
down the pattern and saw where I did something wrong - not only did I do the cable the
wrong way, but it was on the wrong row - about 4 rows down. I calmly (ha ha) dropped
the stitches down, counting my rows, checking my chart, twisted the stitches the right
way AND on the correct row. When I got myself up to where I started, I instantly thought
"Hells yeah!!" and then just as quickly thought "THANK YOU MOLLY!!".
So... Thanks Molly for all you do and teaching me so much!!!
That made me smile! I am sure I will read and reread this message often. It
was really sweet of her to let me know that I had made a difference in
her (knitting) life.
