There was finally a break in the weather so I got out there and ran. The weather was great! The run was meh. The workout got off a little, thanks to the google calendar password popup. That thing must come up a dozen times a day. I'm going to try and figure out how to get rid of that today. Anyway, back to the run.
Three 17 minute intervals with a one minute walk in between. Here's how it went:

I really felt the slowdown at the end. I don't know why that happened. I just felt pooped. It makes me wonder if I am going to be able to do the 10k. I think I can do a 5k without too much trouble, but I'm not sure about the 10k. I am still going to train, and I'm still going to do it in October, even though I haven't signed up. What's the worst that can happen? I end up walking some/part/all of it? At least I'll be out there!
