Yes, I know that was how I titled my last intervals post, but they really are fun! I had a great time. My workout was two miles easy, 5x 30 secs hard followed by two minutes easy, and then a one mile cool down. Here's how it broke down:

Did you see that?! A 7:47 pace! Granted, it was only for 30 seconds, but I don't think I've ever had an interval that fast. I must be improving!
The weather was gorgeous again this morning. I could really get used to this.
Totals for the day are 4.38 miles in 48:00 for an average pace of 10:58 and an average HR of 179.
I saw this on the run today and it struck me as odd. What an interesting combo.
