Ran through Moonstone Beach and Cambria. Beautiful. I felt hungover and dehydrated, but you wouldn't know it from this run. Heart rate averaged 162 (158, 159, 164, 167, 165, 166). The new battery made a difference, I guess. Splits: 10:32, 10:26, 10:23, 10:33,10:29, 10:15, 3:17 (=10:36 pace).
I ran 6.31 miles in 1:05:55 for an average pace of 10:27.
