Twenty minutes straight!

I remember when I was there back in May 2010. I was really nervous about running 20 minutes straight, especially since the most I had done in the program was 8 minutes. This day (W5D3) is the mental day. Once you cross this hump, you can do anything! Well, Mina rocked this run! She ran it with no trouble and no walk breaks. When we started I told her that if she needed to stop it was OK. I am so proud of her!

Next time we go back and do shorter runs with a walk break. I think she is going to want to run long instead. We did 2.21 miles in 30:00 for an average pace of 13:34.
