I went for an interview at Monarch Knitting and Quilting and I think I blew them away. I got the job! I'll be working one day a week, which is perfect. They are going to decide how to work it so I can teach, which would be great. They don't let you teach classes during your work time (you get paid hourly to work the floor) so they are trying to figure it out. They won't do any classes until after the holidays, so there should be enough time to plan. I'm pretty excited! Of course, I forgot to tell them that I'm going to Portland next week, and Bill and I need to set up the Non Temporary Storage shipment for when I get back. It will be great to have that gorilla in the room taken care of.
So I'm pretty excited. I have an interview at Fleet Feet tomorrow morning, which I suspect is more of a formality than anything else. I'm pretty excited! Did I mention that I'm pretty excited about this?
