LSD while you wait

We decided to take the truck in for an oil change, since it was due. We chose poorly on the dealership (rant to follow), but more on that to follow. We wanted to run the Jordan River Trail from the campground through Salt Lake City, but we decided we'd run near the dealership. It was a good idea, but not as pleasant scenery.

The weather was probably in the mid-70s at 8:00 when we started. The humidity was low and the elevation is 4300-ish. I did not feel the elevation like I thought I would. Perhaps I am finally getting used to it. I did have a slight cramp in my left calf halfway through but we stopped and I stretched it a little, which helped.

We ran 6.00 miles in 1:04:13 for an average pace of 10:42. Splits were 10:37, 10:42, 10:19, 10:59, 11:14, 10:21. It was a pretty good run overall. Then we went to Starbucks for breakfast.
