I went back to the Fort Collins Club with Judy this morning and did some more swimming. I did 500 yards in around 25 minutes. 50 warmup, 100 edge drills, 100 pause drills, main set of 4x50 in 2:00, and 50 cool down (I did the backstroke). It was a really good session. There was a creepy guy in the next lane who seemed more intent on staring at me than on doing his own swim. I felt a little uncomfortable. I think the altitude is making this a little difficult, too, and the pain in my legs is not helping either. But it was a good swim overall!
