Coach Mark and Coach John suggested I do a light, easy jog the day before the race. No more than 10 or 15 minutes. So I ran one mile today, and I did it in 9:51. That's not really light or easy. And I was in shorts and a tee and it was cold. I didn't want to use any of my cold weather gear in case I need it tomorrow.
I feel good. My head's in the game and I can't wait to go! Only 9 hours until my wake up!
