I ran out Bellview to East Fence, down to Saufley Pines and then back. I don't think I should do that route again. It was a little creepy. There were some dogs, mostly behind the fence. One that was wandering, but it didn't bother me. There was a guy on a bike who asked me where Blue Angel Parkway was. I felt very uncomfortable with that, but he headed in the direction I told him and I didn't see him again. I think it is a night and quiet route, but I would only do it with someone else. I had to stop for colors at Saufley, so I got a little break.
I did 3.36 miles in 35:02 for an average pace of 10:26 (a minute per mile faster than I was supposed to do). Avg HR was 171. Splits were 10:12, 10:38, 10:28, 3:44 (a 10:28 pace).
The weather was wonderful. It was a good run.
