Great start to a Monday

This morning was another great morning to ride. The weather was decent but there was more traffic today.

I ride 9.45 miles in 39:27 for an average pace of 14.4 mph.

I executed my transition plan a little slower than yesterday, but still in a good time, and headed out on the run.

I took it even slower than yesterday and ran 0.97 miles in 10:03 for an average pace of 10:21.
