I ran with Jen last night and had a really good time. The sun stayed behind the clouds, and it did not rain on us, even though it looked like it might. I tried to take it easy so that my leg wouldn't hurt. In fact, I didn't look at the Garmin at all the whole run.
We did 3.16 miles in 33:00 for an average pace of 10:26. I was able to carry on a conversation the whole time.
Following the run we went to Hopjack's for dinner and I tried Abita's new beer, the Triple Haze. It is like the Purple Haze but with more berry. Yummy!!
