I am going to miss McGuire's tonight so I just ran this morning. I took it nice and easy in the heat and humidity and it was a fun run.
I ran 3.09 miles in 34:04 for an average pace of 11:02. I had negative splits: 11:08, 11:04, 10:55, 0:57 (=10:47 pace)
