I ran McGuire's last night with Jen. Chris and Jackie ran early because they wanted to see Bands on the Beach. It was a sizzler last night. I think the better time to run would have been at 7pm rather than 6pm, but I can't change the time. We talked about not going anymore because Chris and Jackie are either not going to run or they're going to run at 5pm and it is just too hot then.
Anyway, we took it nice and easy and did 3.17 miles in 33:15 for an average pace of 10:30.
