The weather was reasonable and the clouds kept the sun off me for the most part. It was a great run and I felt like I could keep going. I hope I have that feeling Sunday for my LSD run.
I ran 3.15 miles in 35:00 for an average pace of 11:06. Splits: 11:13, 11:09, 10:57, 1:41 (=10:53 pace).
