He hadn't been home 12 hours and we went to run McGuire's. I should have thought to ask if he wanted the night off, or to skip the dinner after, but he mentioned going, so we went. We had a lot of fun. Chris and Jackie came out for the run, but not the dinner. Jen did the run with us and the dinner, and brought her boyfriend Matt to dinner so it would be a double date, and she wouldn't be a third wheel.
We ran 3.17 miles in 30:11 for an average pace of 9:32. A great run!
