Had a long slow distance run on the schedule. It was hot and humid, but I enjoyed the long run. I wanted to run a while longer, but I could tell I was in need of some fluids, so I kept it to the scheduled hour. My leg gave me some issues, but I did what Jim P, the massage therapist, told me to so and it helped.
I ran 6.00 miles in 1:06:30 for an average pace of 11:30. Splits: 11:06, 11:19, 11:09, 10:59, 11:07, 10:50.
