IT IS DONE!!
The movers came today and everything was loaded on the truck. What a relief! I got out there at 7 this morning to cover a few last minute items. I had forgotten my toiletries, so I was bummed about that. I packed up the last few items into the last minute box and put the stuff I wanted to take in the truck. They showed up right at 8 and got to work. They left around 5:45. It was a long day.
The mailman came and brought me the box from my swap partner in Canada. I am so glad it got here before we left and forwarded the mail. I opened it when I got back to the coach tonight and I can honestly say that I was awed by this package! I feel so spoiled! She put a wine theme to it and it is just so neat! I took some photos, although admittedly there were more homemade cookies in the box than in the photo :-)! I will post the pictures soon, but here is a listing of some of what was in the box: wine glasses, icewine flavored tea, wine-themed stitchmarkers, wine colored nail polish, candles in the shape of grape bunches, sour wine gummies, wine charms, a wine cork, some souvenir Canada items, wine colored yarn and a pattern from Knitters Brewing Co, and a pattern that I've wanted to make, which will be perfect in the yarn. That's not even all the items! WOWZA! What a gift! That was such a sweet end to a very trying week!
