Another fantastic run along the coast. Weather was nice, though overcast and a little more humid than yesterday. Took it nice and easy and concentrated on form. It has been a while since I ran this long and I enjoyed it!
I ran for 5.42 miles in 1:00:00 for an average pace of 11:04. Splits: 11:06, 11:03, 10:49, 11:05, 11:11, 4:47 (=11:19 pace).
I signed Bill and me up for the Big Sur Half in November. I am looking forward to it!
