Intervals!

This was a tough one! Coach called for a 15 min warm up, 10x (1 min hard, 1 min easy), 10 min cool down. It was hot and humid, but luckily the sun stayed behind the clouds. I tried my best and I think I did pretty well. I enjoyed it and it was a good run, except the mystery pain in my right leg reappeared.
