Hot! It was really warm out there. There was the occasional breeze, but we needed more. Jen and I ran together. Chris and Jackie were out of town. One of my knitting customers was there. She had mentioned she was thinking about doing it with her neighbor when I saw her at the knitting group Friday. I'm glad she did.
After the run Jen and I went to Hopjacks and had dinner and cold beer. I love these Tuesdays! I love running alone, but it is nice to run with someone else. I was able to keep up a conversation, which I thought was really good, considering the pace we did. I'm pleased.
Totals: 3.13 miles in 31:50 for an average of 10:11. Splits: 10:18, 10:04, 10:11, 1:16 (=9:55 pace).
