Today was a great day for me. I met with my doctor to discuss my annual labwork. Last spring, my numbers were not very good. That was what finally pushed me out the door and got me moving. I started the Couch to 5k program a few days after getting the results. Today I got to find out how much my numbers have improved. My doctor is amazed. Check this out:
