LSD

I had a one hour LSD on my schedule today. I got up at six with the hope that it would be cool. The weather channel app said 80, but then I realized it was set for Pensacola. I checked Silverhill and the temp showed 68. Much better. It was a pretty run. I rode next to the park owner on the train last night and asked her about places to run. She suggested a route and I tried it. It was pretty. I saw horses, cows, and chickens. I saw only four or five cars this morning.

I still have some pain in my lower right leg, but it wasn't as bad today as it has been.

I ran 5.36 miles in 1:00:44 (got to be honest) for an average pace of 11:20. Splits: 11:36, 11:17, 11:12, 11:24, 11:27, 3:48 (=10:31).
